My order

Once your order has been placed, you can no longer change the address. However, if you notice it right after ordering, you can contact us at contact@kasunari.com, or use the contact form at the bottom of the page.

We’ll do our best to make the change, but it will depend on the stage of processing.

If you don’t receive an order confirmation, please check your different inboxes, spam/junk folders, and “other” folders. A confirmation email is sent for every order.

If after checking you still can’t find it, please contact us. It’s common that a typo was made when entering the email address, which makes it impossible for you to receive our emails.
